RONALD AGIANDE
Ronald Agiande is the General Manager of Kafela Global Concept Limited. Before being named as General Manager in August 2017, Ronald was Kafela’s Business Development Manager and was responsible for identifying new business opportunities including new market, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services. He also fostered and developed relationships with customers and clients. Ronald supervised the health and safety inspection for all hotels in selected local government areas in Lagos state and was in the management team that procured AED for all ambulances in Lagos state and trained the paramedics in the use of the AED.
Ronald is also a health and safety consultant and has experience is safety for well pre intervention and completions. He was with Halliburton energy services Saudi Arabia in the Saudi Aramco rig less project and is presently involved with national energy services reunited (NESR) in the same project.
Prior to joining Kafela, Ronald was safety officer of the kickboxing federation of Nigeria and worked closely with the president of the federation to improve the health and safety awareness of athletes and officials of the federation.
Ronald holds a bachelor’s degree in education management from University of Port Harcourt and a postgraduate degree from Albion College London in management studies.
Ronald is a lead auditor in health and safety management systems and holds a NEBOSH IGC. He is a member of the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria and the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management.
BERNARD BAMIDELE JONES
Dele is a resourceful individual with over a decade experience in Manufacturing (food processing), Education and Hospitality. Dele’s love for safety was borne out of the quest for a safer working condition for all. He is the Country Representative for Kafela Global Concept Limited. He has successfully seen to the success of different projects with zero incidents for the past three years.
He has managed projects such as Fire Risk Assessment, Maintenance, and Installations in companies such as BASF, Standard Chartered, and Industrial Business Machine (IBM) for KGCL.

PETER ESHUN
Peter Eshun is a Ghanaian based in Secondi in the Western Region of Ghana. Peter has seven years and still counting in Mining, Construction, Power and Energy, Manufacturing, Aviation, Laboratory and Food Industry.
His Qualifications: Certificate in Safety Management, Total Quality Management, NEBOSH IGC, Degree in Biochemistry and Master of Occupational Health and Safety Risk Management.
Peter is the Country Representative of Kafela Global Concept Limited in Ghana.
ERIC AGBESI
Eric Agbesi, a resolute and self-driven Health, Safety, Security, Environment Quality (HSSEQ) Advisor with a degree in Chemical Engineering has a good understanding of process, equipment and occupational hazards and risk management in processing plants and hazardous working environments. Having worked in the upstream oil and gas industry in Ghana over the years supporting onshore and offshore operations on two FPSOs, he continues to combine sound engineering principles with best industry standards of risk management systems to promote the safety and security of people at the workplace, the quality of the environment, and protection of company assets. Eric has demonstrated rich hands-on experience with diverse working knowledge of the effective implementation and monitoring of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22000.
Eric holds a degree in chemical engineering, professional certificates in NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, International Minimum Industry Safety Training (IMIST), Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training, etc. He is also a member of the Ghana Institute of Environmental and Safety Professionals (GhiSEP), OSHA Safety Committee Member and a Certified Master Trainer awarded by AOSH, UK.

DARE AKINFOSILE
ASSOCIATE FIRST AID TRAINING CONSULTANT
Dare is an Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Officer and also, a competent, passionate and certified first aid trainer with records of accomplishment of excellence and achievements in the areas of first aid. He is highly knowledgeable in first aid and areas of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), disaster response and psychosocial support. Dare is technically inclined with strong mechanical engineering background and equipped with good training, leadership, communication and analytical skills. Prior to joining KGCL as an Associate First Aid Training Consultant Dare has fifteen years of first aid experience, with at least five years as an industrial/ occupational first aid trainer.
He is currently, the Divisional training adviser and project coordinator of the Nigerian Red Cross Society, Lagos State Branch, Mainland Division and the youth wing respectively. Dare is an Affiliate member of the World Safety Organization (WSO) and also, an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Safety Professional (NISP). He is an Autodesk AutoCAD Certified User.
Dare has facilitated several First Aid and Emergency Preparedness Training for numerous Clients and individuals. He is a foremost and renowned First Aid Practitioner in Africa.
Dare was instrumental to the success of the Lagos State Branch team to the Nigerian Red Cross Society, National First Aid Competitions in 2013. He won the Nigerian Red Cross Society, National First Aid Competitions in 2007 and 2010 in Lagos state and Nassarawa State respectively. Dare got an “Award of Excellence in social responsibilities” in 2009 from The Youth Builders Forum in Lagos and also won the Nigerian Red Cross Society, Lagos State Branch First Aid Competitions in 2002, 2004 and 2006.
Engr. OLAWALE EMMANUEL OJO
Olawale Emmanuel Ojo graduated from the University of Lagos, where he obtained Bachelor of Science Degree in Systems Engineering.
He started his career with one of the busiest port terminals in Apapa, Tincan Island Container Terminal (TICT) as an Operations Officer at the Quay Apron. Having witnessed a fatality at the Quay Apron that truncated the life of his colleagues created that desire in him to explore the field of HSE. He is a season DSE Assessor, Accident/incident investigation and reporting.
He has attended several trainings and holds IOSH Working Safety; NEBOSH IGC, Drilling Correspondence Course and Offshore Operations with Petroleum Extension Service (PETEX) at the University of Texas in Austin and HSE Orientation accredited by the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC).
Engr. Olawale Ojo is a Professional Engineer registered with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
OLUWATOSIN ADEGBUYI
I am a seasoned and certified HSE professional with extensive experience in quality management systems, risk management, protection, and promotion of occupational health and safety of workforce across Oil and Gas, FMCG and Construction industries.
I have a proven record of identifying, developing and implementing critical health and safety programs and committed to achieving organizational goals.
My experiences include Construction Safety, Project Safety/Supervision, Food processing/production Quality management, packaging & storage and Oil & Gas Project HSE administrative management (Training, Tendering, project Safety management, compliance, documentation and fleet management.)
I am also experienced in sales/marketing, brand management and improving customer relationships within the Pharma & Medical Equipment sales industry.

WOLE ADEOGUN
Wole Adeogun is a season Fire and Security Systems Installer having over 10 years cognate experience. He has handled and delivered several fire and security systems installations project locally and internationally.
He has been trained by key fire protection and security companies both home (Surveillant Fire Limited, Affotech Fire Venture, Rapid Vigil, Accute First Integrated Technologies Limited etc) and abroad (Hochiki Europe).
He has also obtained a number of certifications in Fire and Security Systems installations and project management while currently a cooperate member Fire Protection Association of Nigeria (FPAN)
For a couple of years now, he is being with Kafela Global Services Limited as Technical and Installer.

TEMITOPE MUDELE
Temitope is a highly resourceful Health, Safety and Environment Professional with an extensive background in Occupational Health and Safety Training, Health and Safety management System (development, implementation and maintenance), auditing, consulting, and 12 years’ experience in EHS working in heavy industry setting that employ some 400+ employees.
He has experience in daily record keeping and site environmental inspections and monitoring of employees for safe environmental and safety work practices and adherence to Regulatory and company EHS standards ; educating employees in safe work practices; development of safe work practices procedures, incident reporting to regulatory agencies, tracking incident and injury trends, performing site orientations for all new employees; editing and updating as required the company safety manual / procedures and HSEM System.

MARTIN AGBILI – ASSOCIATE FIRE SAFETY TRAINING CONSULTANT
Martin Agbili graduated Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, where he obtained a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (B.Eng) and specialised in Power & Machines. He is a potential engineer and an agile career firefighter. He has worked with Anambra State Fire Service for eighteen years and he is still in active service. He was employed into Anambra State Fire Service in 1997. One of his most unforgettable moments in Fire Service was on 3rd July 2000, when he took his biggest risk as a firefighter/rescuer and entered inside a pit latrine at Nibo, and rescued a baby that was thrown inside there. He has acquired a lot of experience in Fire Fighting, Fire Prevention, Rescues, Leadership, Command and Control at Fire, Electricity as a cause of fire, Instructional Techniques and Safety that fetched him Fire Certificate of Competence (FCC) and Advanced Fire Certificate of Competence (AFCC). He also studied and obtained certificates in Fireman Competency Class 1 (FCC-1) and Advanced Fire Fighting and Administrative Duties (AFFAD) courses from Akwa Ibom State Fire Service Training School, Uyo. He is presently, the Officer in charge of Training & Fire Statistics in Anambra State Fire Service.
Martin Agbili is a voracious reader; always eager to acquire new knowledge. Martin Agbili’s leadership qualities made him a committed member of so many professional organisations. These include Fire Protection Association of Nigeria (FPAN; International Society for Fire Service Instructors (ISFSI); National Association of Fire Investigators (NAFI); International Association of Black Professional Fire Fighters (IABPFF); Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE); International Association of Engineers (IAENG); Junior Chamber International (JCI).
Martin Agbili is not just a firefighter but also a researcher, an instructor and a trainer. This has earned him a nickname, FIRE MASTER and FIRE OFFICER AGILITY. He has delivered lectures relating to fire and safety in various seminars and workshops, and, he has some reputable journal articles on fire to his credit. He has gone to some Schools and Markets to lecture students and traders respectively, on fire and safety.
Martin has published two books: Rudiments of Fire Fighting, Safety, Prevention, and Fire Safety for Children: A Guide. He has also written numerous journals such as : Fire Outbreak and Electricity: Safety Precautions ; Firefighters and the effects of Electricity; Fire Risk Management in a Construction Site; Engineers and Fire Fighters: Role to play in fire protection and safety of buildings and Structural Firefighting and its Loss Control Operations.
He is currently the Chief Fire Officer of Anambra State Fire Fighting Services.
