Jasper is a seasoned Physicist, Certified Occupational Safety Specialist, and Certified Ultrasonic Testing Inspector, Professional mud engineer, seeking Science/HSE/QAQC/UT Inspector position in a reputable organization, where my education and work experience will be explicitly utilized for career building and the continuous growth of organization.

TEMITOPE MUDELE

ASSOCIATE TRAINING CONSULTANT

Temitope is a highly resourceful Health, Safety and Environment Professional with an extensive background in Occupational Health and Safety Training, Health and Safety management System (development, implementation and maintenance), auditing and consulting and 12 years experience in EHS working in heavy industry setting that employ some 400+ employees.

He has experience in daily record keeping and site environmental inspections and monitoring of employees for safe environmental and safety work practices and adherence to Regulatory and company EHS standards ; educating employees in safe work practices; development of safe work practices procedures, incident reporting to regulatory agencies, tracking incident and injury trends, performing site orientations for all new employees; editing and updating as required the company safety manual / procedures and HSEM System.

He has a Postgraduate Diploma in Town and Regional Planning; Postgraduate Diploma in Estate Management. He holds a NEBOSH International Diploma Occupational Safety and NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. He is a Member of Nigerian Institute of Safety Professional and Nigerian Institute of Town Planners and he is a Registered Town Planner ( RTP ).

RONALD AGIANDE

GENERAL MANAGER

Ronald Agiande is a dynamic and resourceful individual who had been actively into administration before delving into Occupational Health and Safety. He has worked both in the Public and private sectors and a fatality in his previous employment gave rise to his interest in Occupational Health and Safety.

He holds a B.Sc. in Educational Management from the University of Port Harcourt and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from Albion College London. He also holds Safety Certifications from the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health and the British Safety Council

CONSTANCE OMAWUMI KOLA-LAWAL

ASSOCIATE QMS CONSULTANT

Constance has for the past 12 years focused on Safety and Environmental Management, with an emphasis on HSE Auditing, Environmental Business Management, HSE Management Systems, Safety Training and Risk Assessment. After completing a Masters Degree with Distinction in Environmental Technology at the Imperial College London, she worked briefly as a research assistant in the College, where she conducted research on Sustainable Development, Sustainable Livelihoods and the suitability of courses in Environmental Law. She also held the position of HOD, Safety & Environment Unit, Phillips Consulting Limited Nigeria, organising the offering of consulting and training services to clients.

Constance ran a consulting Firm, HSE Technologies Limited for over 7 years, which offered Health, Safety and Environment Consulting, Training and Product-based services to a client base of over 40 organisations in the Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Telecoms and Services sectors in Nigeria. She is an approved ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18000 Auditor under the International Register for Certificated Auditors (IRCA). She wrote a regular column on Safety Management for the Financial Standard Newspapers for 2 years and was a columnist for the NEXT Newspapers Nigeria. She currently writes a regular column on HSE for Business World Newspapers Nigeria.

She was a regular speaker on a radio programme, Security and Safety Zone, aired weekly on City FM Lagos. Constance is the author of the book, “On The Road To Safety”, a registered publication launched at the 2008 annual conference of the Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals. She has also authored a series of four HSE publications for children and a workplace safety pocketbook for employees in all industries.

OLAWALE EMMANUEL OJO

ASSOCIATE TRAINING CONSULTANT

Olawale holds a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Lagos. He has vast experience in Transport and Logistics field where he started off his career as an Operations Officer in Nigeria’s busiest Container Port terminal at Tincan Island Port Complex, Terminal B in Apapa, Lagos.

He journeyed into HSE after he saw the essence of health and safety in his immediate workplace, having witnessed an accident, which could have been avoided if necessary control measures were in place. He has HSE certifications such as NEBOSH IGC; IOSH Working Safely; British Safety Council. He is a Certified Fire Warden and holds other local and international Certifications n the field of QHSE.
He is involved in carrying out Fire Risk Assessment, Work Station Assessment, Toolbox talks, DSE assessment, Manual Handling Assessment, Accident and Incident Investigation etc.

Currently, he is involved in HSE Training Capacity development with KGCL and also working towards other QHSE certification

DARE AKINFOSILE

ASSOCIATE FIRST AID TRAINING CONSULTANT

Dare is an Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Officer and also, a competent, passionate and certified first aid trainer with records of accomplishment of excellence and achievements in the areas of first aid. He is highly knowledgeable in first aid and areas of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), disaster response and psychosocial support. Dare is technically inclined with strong mechanical engineering background and equipped with good training, leadership, communication and analytical skills. Prior to joining KGCL as an Associate First Aid Training Consultant Dare has fifteen years of first aid experience, with at least five years as an industrial/ occupational first aid trainer.

He is currently, the Divisional training adviser and project coordinator of the Nigerian Red Cross Society, Lagos State Branch, Mainland Division and the youth wing respectively. Dare is an Affiliate member of the World Safety Organization (WSO) and also, an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Safety Professional (NISP). He is an Autodesk AutoCAD Certified User.

Dare has facilitated several First Aid and Emergency Preparedness Training for numerous Clients and individuals. He is a foremost and renowned First Aid Practitioner in Africa.

Dare was instrumental to the success of the Lagos State Branch team to the Nigerian Red Cross Society, National First Aid Competitions in 2013. He won the Nigerian Red Cross Society, National First Aid Competitions in 2007 and 2010 in Lagos state and Nassarawa State respectively. Dare got an “Award of Excellence in social responsibilities” in 2009 from The Youth Builders Forum in Lagos and also won the Nigerian Red Cross Society, Lagos State Branch First Aid Competitions in 2002, 2004 and 2006.

Oluyemi Temitope Oluwaseun graduated from the College of Medicine University of Lagos as a medical doctor. She has since been practicing as a General Practitioner in both Government and Private health sector.

Dr Oluyemi is a Certified Occupational Health and Safety specialist with certifications in NEBOSH, IOSH and IRCA amongst others. I practice with a health and safety training organization.

She is proactive, resourceful and reliable individual with ability to work optimally in challenging environment. I am also a success driven team player.

MARTIN AGBILI

ASSOCIATE FIRE SAFETY TRAINING CONSULTANT

Martin Agbili graduated Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, where he obtained a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (B.Eng) and specialised in Power & Machines. He is a potential engineer and an agile career firefighter. He has worked with Anambra State Fire Service for eighteen years and he is still in active service. He was employed into Anambra State Fire Service in 1997. One of his most unforgettable moments in Fire Service was on 3rd July, 2000, when he took his biggest risk as a firefighter/rescuer and entered inside a pit latrine at Nibo, and rescued a baby that was thrown inside there. He has acquired a lot of experience in Fire Fighting, Fire Prevention, Rescues, Leadership, Command and Control at Fire, Electricity as a cause of fire, Instructional Techniques and Safety that fetched him Fire Certificate of Competence (FCC) and Advanced Fire Certificate of Competence (AFCC). He also studied and obtained certificates in Fireman Competency Class 1 (FCC-1) and Advanced Fire Fighting and Administrative Duties (AFFAD) courses from Akwa Ibom State Fire Service Training School, Uyo. He is presently, the Officer in charge of Training & Fire Statistics in Anambra State Fire Service.
Martin Agbili is a voracious reader; always eager to acquire new knowledge. Martin Agbili’s leadership qualities made him a committed member of so many professional organisations. These include: Fire Protection Association of Nigeria (FPAN;International Society for Fire Service Instructors (ISFSI); National Association of Fire Investigators (NAFI); International Association of Black Professional Fire Fighters (IABPFF); Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE); International Association of Engineers (IAENG); Junior Chamber International (JCI).

Martin Agbili is not just a firefighter but also a researcher, an instructor and a trainer. This has earned him a nickname, FIRE MASTER and FIRE OFFICER AGILITY. He has delivered lectures relating to fire and safety in various seminars and workshops, and, he has also some reputable journal articles on fire to his credit. He has gone to some Schools and Markets to lecture students and traders respectively, on fire and safety.

Martin has published two books : Rudiments of Fire Fighting, Safety and Prevention and Fire Safety for Children: A Guide. He has also written numerous journals such as : Fire Outbreak and Electricity: Safety Precautions ; Firefighters and the effects of Electricity; Fire Risk Management in a Construction Site; Engineers and Fire Fighters: Role to play in fire protection and safety of buildings and Structural Fire fighting and its Loss Control Operations

Kolapo Bolade is an experienced Health & Safety Specialist with the following Certifications : NEBOSH International Technical Oil & Gas; NEBOSH International Fire Safety and Risk Assessment; IIRSM (UK) approved HSE Trainer; Emergency First Aid at work from the Nigerian Red Cross, Lagos; Fire prevention Course, Federal Fire Services, Lagos. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, American Society for Quality, USA; IRATA Level 1 rope access Technician. Kolapo holds an abridged MBA degree from Metropolitan School of Business & Management (UK), B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and also went to National Centre for Technology Management. He is also an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Project Manager with over 6 years in Risk control, Hazard and Effect management process, Project & Operations support, Incident investigation and Project planning in the Oil & Gas, Construction, Power & Energy Sectors.
